Southeastern Keys, LLC Return and Exchange Policy

At Southeastern Keys, LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Handling and Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for the handling and shipping costs associated with returns.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless the product is damaged.

Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@southeasternkeys.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that customers are liable for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Exceptions:
- Final sale items (holiday items)
- Brand new/refurbished OEM keys (unless specified)
- Software, tokens, and digital activations
- Programmers and key cutting machines (unless specified)
- Special orders (price match orders)
